It was another good week of soccer with the boys. They worked hard in practice and were a lot of fun to work with. We were a bit shorthanded on Friday and lost our match against Anglers Endurance 5-3, but the boys played hard. KJ did a great job in net, stepping in for injured Sawyer. Mati demonstrated great composure on his breakaway goal in the first half. Mason anchored our defense and added a beautiful goal in the second half. Silas crashed the net hard to finish in the confusion after Mason's free kick and scored our third goal. Although the overall result was not what the boys were hoping for, we were proud of their efforts. Thanks to the parents who provided snacks and drinks for the game. The boys greatly appreciated it.
